WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY 

OVERVIEW

At RestoPresto®, your satisfaction is our priority. We have happy, repeat customers because of the high quality of our products and the first‐rate care that we provide. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a refund or replacement.

1) INTRODUCTION

The terms and conditions of this Warranty and Returns Policy (“policy”) between CEO Enterprises, LLC (“we”, “us” and “our”) and the customer (“you” or “your”) are described below in full detail.

 

2) REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS. 

If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days after the shipping date, we offer you a refund or replacement, at your option. To be eligible for the refund or replacement, the RestoPresto® unit and the 3 accompaniments: branded carabiner, branded mini‐ stakes and instruction manual (“complete product”) must be returned to our office within 30 days after the shipping date in its original protective packaging and a note stating whether a refund or replacement is desired. If no preference is indicated, we will choose a refund or replacement at our option. All requests are subject to review for eligibility.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITHIN 90 DAYS

If your product is damaged or defective within 90 days after the shipping date, we offer a refund or replacement, at our option. To be eligible for the replacement or refund, the complete product must be returned to our office within 90 days after the shipping date along with its original protective packaging. We will choose a refund or replacement at our option. All requests are subject to review for eligibility.

GIFTS.

If the product was given to you as a gift and you are interested in a refund or replacement, please contact info@restopresto.com to discuss arrangements, which will generally follow the policies as outlined above.

NO COVERAGE FOR DAMAGE OR WEAR.

This policy does not cover damage or wear to the complete product caused by customer misuse, abuse and/or failing to follow the handling and washing instructions on the product’s Warning Label. No refunds or replacements will be provided in such instances.


3) SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to us prior to processing a replacement or refund request. At our option, we may also charge you shipping costs for the replacement item.

 

4) SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service like USPS, Fed Ex or UPS to track the return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost package.

The package must contain a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you have the package tracking number, please send it to us in an email along with your full name and the reason for the return to info@restopresto.com.


5) RECEIVING THE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT


Once your complete package is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and to advise of the approval or rejection of the refund or replacement request.

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account in due course. If a replacement request is approved, the replacement will be shipped to you in due course. In all cases, your package will not be returned.

If the refund has not posted to your account within 14 days of receiving notification of approval from us, please check/contact your Credit Card Company or PayPal first. Should you need our assistance, please contact us at info@restopresto.com.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
